Unlike a regular gym, every class, excluding Open Gym, is lead by an instructor and is taught as a group class. Join us whenever works for you and let's make fitness a consistent part of your routine!
Functional Fitness
The heart of any functional fitness and strength training gym, these classes are meant to increase your body's strength, coordination, flexibility and conditioning. Each class is unique and challenging keeping you interested and motivated class after class. As well, safety at our gym is of the utmost importance. Alongside the trainer, students should be starting with low or no weights and should progress from that point forward.

Open Gym
Looking to work on a specific movement or just want to get your heart rate up in an individual setting, our Sunday Open Gym is perfect for you. Here, you'll be able to use our equipment and work on technique or increase your weekly volume. All Open Gym sessions have a licensed trainer on site for safety reasons and to answer any questions you may have.
