* Increase weight from last week starting weight.
The goal is to add a least 10 LBS. Ensure the weight allows

*Ascending ladder. Complete 2 DB Box step-overs, 5 Air-Squats, 2 Pull-ups, Then 4 DB Box step-overs,
10 Air-squats, 4 pull-ups, continue pattern adding 2 reps each round for the step-overs,
5 reps for the Air-Squats & 2 reps for the pull-ups
