Alt-Dumbbell Snatch
8-12-16-12-8 reps:
Pull-ups
30-40-50-40-30 reps / 50-60-70-60-50 reps
Double-unders / Single-unders

* Complete 10 DB-Snatch, 5 pull-ups, 30 DU's. Then
20 DB-Snatch, 10 Pull-ups, 40 DU's... Continue pattern.

DB-Weights:

L1: #20/30
L2: #30/40
L3: #35/50 + C2B Pull-ups
